Opening Weekend With Josh Bell

Indiana's own Joshua Bell returns for a performance of Saint-Saëns's virtuosic Third Violin Concerto. Mario Venzago leads Strauss's Also Sprach Zarathustra ? featured memorably in the opening scene of Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey ? and Dukas's The Sorcerer's Apprentice ? brought to life by Mickey Mouse and a gang of mischevious mops in Fantasia. The 2008-09 season kicks off in full color!
