A college student, Annie Braddock (Scarlett Johansson), with a working-class background takes a nanny job with Mr. and Mrs. X (Paul Giamatti, Laura Linney), an affluent but highly dysfunctional Manhattan couple. She must find a way to manage her studies, a new boyfriend, and the demands of her new employers and their spoiled offspring.

If you liked Bridget Jones' Diary then maybe you'll like this movie. Or maybe you'll think the story has been played out already.
Anyway, I hated Bridget Jones' Diary and so I hated this movie as well. I didn't like how she could barely speak and that she just let people (the mother in particular) walk all over her. No one has the right to do that to a person! The best part of the movie is towards the end when she FINALLY stands up for herself and yells into the Nanny cam.
