After a lab accident gives him extraordinary powers, including the ability to speak, a canine (Jason Lee) declares himself the protector of Capitol City and, especially, of a fetching spaniel named Polly Purebred (Brad Garrett) . Underdog must save the day when evil scientist Simon Barsinister (Peter Dinklage) and his giant henchman (Patrick Warburton) hatch a plot to destroy Capitol City.

A talking & flying dog, a mad scientist, and a plot to blow up New York City?!? Yep, it's all in this enjoyable flick.
The kids behind us giggled throughout the movie, especially during Underdog's search for the perfect costume. Good jokes for adults too...I loved the "thesaurus" jokes!
